New flexible industrial buildings, suitable for small and medium businesses

The third warehouse of Central Industrial Park, a Zacaria brand project, has reached an advanced stage of construction and will be ready for commissioning this autumn. Located in the Eastern Economic Centre of Sibiu, on Stefan cel Mare Street, the new building covers nearly 6,000 sqm and offers flexible and fully-equipped units that satisfy the needs of small and medium-sized businesses.

The units, each covering 373 sqm, can have a variety of uses, ranging from production facilities to storage facilities or various services. Two of them have already been leased and there are several discussions regarding some others.

Regardless of the final destination, the units can be configured according to customer needs to maximize the potential and efficiency of each firm that chooses us as a partner. All necessary facilities required by tenants will be on the premises: concrete floors, heating through radiant tubes, natural and industrial lights. Each unit has a 10 sqm office space provided with sanitary facilities, a 4x4m drive-in industrial door and parking space, CCTV monitoring and security services. The rental price is 4 euros plus VAT per sqm, operational costs included. Also, tenants will be billed for individual measured utilities usage.

The occupancy rate of the other two warehouses in Central Industrial Park is 100%, with 11 companies spanned over a total area of 12,000 square meters.

Companies which require large spaces can look into Imperial Industrial Park, one of the most generous and accessible industrial warehouse in Sibiu, located in the Western Economic Centre, on Alba Iulia Boulevard. The building covers 18,600 sqm, designed for office, logistics or storage units.
